Where are Bakali products made?
Our products are carefully developed and produced in collaboration with trusted, certified manufacturers in Europe and internationally, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We usually process orders within 1–2 hours. Please contact us immediately at info@bakali.com if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make adjustments.
How can I return or exchange an item?
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please visit our return portal on the website to arrange your return or exchange.
Which countries do you ship to, and what are the shipping costs?
We ship to most European countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders above a certain amount, we offer free shipping (the exact threshold will be displayed at checkout).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium usually arrive within 2–4 business days. For other European countries, delivery may take 3–7 business days.
How can I track my order?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please take clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and send them, along with your order number, to info@bakali.com. We will arrange a suitable solution.
